Speciality has a different approach to sourcing and how it should be done. Two of our founders Vishal Dhingra, President and Vikas Dhingra, Managing Partner have extensive experience in merchandising services. Our focus has therefore been to create a way of life that thrives on quality.

Vishal worked for the European Buying house and provided a leadership role in their sourcing division before he founded Speciality Merchandising Services in 1992. He is passionate about global sourcing with a competitive edge.

Vikas understands the business of persuasion, and constantly searches for new trends and methods. With more than three decades of global sourcing experience, Vikas leads the organizsation with innovation to deliver unique and tailored sourcing solutions, together with customers to suit the merchandising needs.

At Speciality, we assist several American, European retailers and wholesalers, successfully providing them with quality services.

Today, we are a team of sixty plus highly motivated professionals from the finest colleges across the country. Each team is designed keeping mind their strengths and have well-defined roles with a singular focus to maximise client satisfaction.
